DELRAY BEACH – Police arrested a teacher, a dentist and a Boynton Beach employee during a prostitution sting Tuesday night.
Charged with soliciting prostitution are Lawrence Dailey, 64, a teacher at Palm Beach Central High School for two decades; Fontaine Watkins, 38, who has worked for Boynton Beach’s Recreation & Parks Department since 1996; and Samuel Klein, 50, a dentist from west of Boca Raton. A fourth man, Mohammed Islam, 39, of Delray Beach was also arrested.
The sting started about 9:30 p.m. on the 2500 block of North Federal Highway. The area is well-known for drugs and prostitution. According to police, the men drove up to an undercover female officer and offered $40 to $60 for sexual activity.
According to police, Klein pulled up on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
“What’s going on?” he asked.
